I have ordered my daily prescription from them for 3 years and always had problems receiving my order, even though it was a standard refill. These people are incompetent jerks. I place an order with them 3 weeks ago. They wanted a faxed copy of my prescription and birth certificate. After placing the order online, I sent the documents required.

A couple days later I called just to check that they had received everything and that it was being processed. I was told everything was fine and I should just wait to receive my meds.

Finally, after hearing nothing from them and not receiving my order, I called. First they told me that they didn't know my birthday and that's why the order wasn't filled. Asked how they could tell me that when I had faxed my #$^& birth certificate. Then the story changed to something about the wrong name being on the prescription. After sitting on hold again, they came back and told me that it had been
