These people are incompetent jerks. I place an order with them 3 weeks ago. They wanted a faxed copy of my prescription and birth certificate. After placing the order online, I sent the documents required.

A couple days later I called just to check that they had received everything and that it was being processed. I was told everything was fine and I should just wait to receive my meds.

Finally, after hearing nothing from them and not receiving my order, I called. First they told me that they didn't know my birthday and that's why the order wasn't filled. Asked how they could tell me that when I had faxed my #$^& birth certificate. Then the story changed to something about the wrong name being on the prescription.
