I never liked all the veggies fruits when I was younger so once a week and I have done this for a two months or so now, I am trying something new. So far I am doing pretty well.

  What are you trying. Fresh, frozen or canned?
When I started my weight-loss plan last year, I would eat frozen broccoli and cheeses as a snack. (Microwaved, or course) It filled me up and it was somewhat healthy, too. The calories were like 90 for 2 cups or something like that, so it fit right into my diet.
