Green Tea For Weight Loss |

On Fox and CNN websites and in magazines that I have read I came across the Wu Yi Source, it is a weight loss solution. You drink 2 cups of this green tea while you eat a well balanced diet and exercise and you will lose weight. |

I think you will lose weight if you eat a well balanced diet all by itself!
Green tea is very good for you and having lost of liquid will help you when dieting. I drink four cups of it myself every day, but I don't think that green tea all by itself will do that much extra to help you to shed pounds. |

I agree. Diet is the key to losing weight, but green tea is good for your body regardless. |

I think it's hard to isolate that and say "the green tea did it". Exercise and eating a well-balanced light diet are the key to losing the weight and keeping it off. There is no magic bullet. |

I well balanced diet and exercise is the only thing that works. Green tea is good for you but I seriously doubt it will help you lose weight. |
