Lasik Anyone? |
|
|
The FDA is asking the National Eye Institute to make clearer the warnings and risks for those undergoing Lasik Eye Surgery.
Personally, I would love to have this surgery done but it has just now been around long enough to see long term results. It is an elective surgery and as with any surgery there are risks.

I heard a story on this over the weekend. A man who had the surgery done had to wear these special glasses to correct the problem.
Sometimes they can correct any problems after surgery but I guess sometimes they can't. |

I only know of one person that had this done and she has not had any issues but she was wearing those glasses afterwards for quite sometime. A good two weeks I think. |

I worked with a guy that had the surgery done in his 20's. He is now 43 has had no problems and has great eye sight. He swears by it. |
