Healthy Habits - How much water do you drink each day |
|
|
I do try to drink at least 6 glasses of water per day, it doesn't always work, but I make it a habit to drink water instead of juices and sodas. I know everything has its place but I suggest to family members that they do the same, my baby loves water and never resist drinking it. |

Yes, I try to drink 6 glasses a day as well. Usually it ends up being more like 4, though. And I can't remember the last time we had soda or any other juice (besides o.j.) in the house.
My 2 year old on the other hand loves milk and has to be really thirsty to drink water. |

My girlfriend and I have recently been trying to add more water to our daily diet.
We're drinking about 3-6 bottles per day of water alone.
She is a very expensive beverage-consumer. :D |

I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Your body is made up of 80% water, so without enough put back in the body, we will have problems. Do you know that headaches and many other health problems are associated with not drinking enough water! |

I have started to make a much more conscious habit of drinking more water each day. I'm guzzling about 6 glasses each day and that is a big improvement for me. |

From the scientist point of view, 8 glasses of water is what the human body needs everyday to live a healthy life. But how big is the glass again? This is the question of my father and he suggests another idea that might good and that is what I am doing.
Whenever I take a leak, I make sure that I immediately replace it with water. That way, I'm sure that I'm not short of the water needed by the body. |

I drink at least two glasses of water for every glass of something else. Its something my mom made me do when I was young and I've tried to keep it up. Since I normally drink something with dinner and lunch it means I get in 4 glasses of water, and possibly a couple besides. If I don't have bottled water close I tend to forget though. |
