| Subject: | Healing from God? | |
| OK people, we all believe and use modern medicine in order to increase the quality of life and to make it longer. But does any of you believe in healing from God? I know this question is the same as asking whether do you believe in God, but I was just curious. I for example believe in God. |

| I believe in God and I believe in a power of the prayer and God's grace upon us. Maybe some wouldn't agree here with me but I think there is nothing more important than that. | ||

| Whether you believe in God or in something else; it has been proved scientifically that a person's faith can bring healing much quicker and more complete than someone who has no faith in anything. | ||

| I agree, faith in recuperation is very powerful and can help you trough the toughest times. Also, Placebo is very interesting. I always hear about the people who believe that certain home made remedies can cure them... | ||

| Faith itself in recuperation can be useful, but this sounds like someone believing in luck rather than in something concrete that I was talking about. | ||

| I believe in God and that he can and sometimes does miraculously heal people. I do have a problem with a lot of those charlatans who make a big show of it and collect sucker money from people. | ||

| Oh yes, most definately. I was in the hospital several years ago with encephalitis. Doctors didn't expect me to live, as my brain had swollen up twice it's normal size. But I had lots of people praying for me and, with the help of tons of antibiotics, I made a full recovery. | ||

| I certainly believe in God, and I believe very much in the power of prayer-I've seen it in my daily life. I'm much less certain that I believe in the people on television who put their hands on someone and suddenly they are healed. I'm not saying it's impossible, but I'd say I'm skeptical. Especially when it's a television show which seems to exist just to generate a bunch of donations. |

| I believe something is out there yes and why not, if things we can not see can hurt, why can things we can not see, not heal? I think there is a place for everything in and out of this world and I have always had an open mind. |

| Yes, I too hate when some preachers cheat people to give them money. I've heard one guy who said that if people gave money to him on some certain day they could find themselves under the God's rage! Can you imagine that?! | ||

| People will be people, what can I say, this happens all the time. They will get what they deserve when the time comes. I've seen all sorts of preachers like that. It is awful! | ||

| God heals, that's a fact. But when, why, or who he heals is upon Him and we can only help but not make him heal. Prayer is always the best weapon you can use. | ||

| I am Christian so I believe in Jesus Christ and that we can receive healing from Him. This is nothing unusual, actually there are numerous cases documented in the past. | ||

| I totally believe that God can heal people. There are many cases I know of and have read of where people are healed or cured of all kinds of situations and diseases, when doctors have given up on them. | ||

| There is some girl that is 16 years old but looks still like a 1 year old. Doctors just can explain it. She had numerous tumors and seizures but those tumors were gone just before she had to die... a mystery. | ||
