Strongest non-prescription pain reliever |

I'm looking for something as strong as vicodin or percocet, but no prescription required. I am not very wealthy, I'm getting older and I am in desperate need of a good pain reliever for my back. Please help me, Thank you :) |

I found this pill online called soma, but I am not sure how strong it is. Has anyone tried it? |
