Mini-pharmacy in my purse

Anyone else find this happening? I have severe allergies that can cause sinus headaches/migraines. Plus I also have arthritis (diagnosed as a teen). I carry ibuprofen, sinus pills and allergy pills just in case I need them. At work, if anyone has a headache they always come to me. When I find a cute purse, I have to check to see if my little pharmacy will fit in, let alone my wallet.

Ha-ha! Yes, for me I carry the ibuprofen and pepcid for heartburn. It does get kind of funny when everything is rattling around in your purse.

I have that in my desk at work.

I have Wash and Drys and breath strips. I have a few things for Lady's Days, tissues, paper towels, allergy pills, pain pills, sucking candy, gum, Q tips, a few sample bottles of hand lotion, Bobby pins, emery boards, small sewing kits and almost anything anyone could need in an emergency.

I'm the one that everyone goes to if anything is needed. I don't think it's strange. I need all that stuff from time to time.

Men have it lucky they never carry around a ton of things. On the other side my mother in law should carry two purses with all she totes around.

Yes and no. When I was in high school, I carried a pharmacy in my purse because we weren't allowed to have anything and people knew if they had a headache or something, they could come to me. I didn't have an 'entire' one in there, though.

My trick was to keep an old film canister. I filled it with recognizable pills....a few ibuprofens, allergy medicines, some vitamin C, etc....and that way I only had to carry one small container for all of it to fit. Just make sure there's no chance of confusing medicines and don't even think about crossing borders without having the packaged bottles with you, lol.

I have a single dose of a couple different meds on me at most times (allergy, pain reliever, etc). I pick up the trial or travel packs when they are cheap and use those to keep the directions handy. They don't take up much room though and I hate big purses.

Wow, you guys really do carry a pharmacy in your purse! My mom was always that way, had meds for everything from headaches to tummyaches and in between. Not me though, I hate carrying a purse.
