Fiber Powder and Supplements

I use Fiber supplements to stay regular and keep my system clean. I switch around between the powders and supplements, and think they both work equally well. The only difference I see is the ease in taking them and price. Since, I have been Adding extra fiber in my diet, I feel better and less bloated.

I recommend you take natural fibers that could be taken from fruits and vegetables. They are natural so you don't have think if you have enough or not. Well, these fiber supplements are products from fruits and vegetables so why not take them from its original form.

Also, as when you have any trouble with constipation, even when just adding fruits and fiber from foods make sure to drink plenty of water.

Fiber supplements tend to take liquids from your system, that's how they fight constipation, they then swell up and the bulk moves on out. You need to have taken in plenty of water so the fiber and food can do its job.
