Children's aspirin and Reyes' Syndrome |

Is there a certain age where this is no longer a concern or are there times when children can safely have aspirin? I was told a long time ago never to give my children aspirin so I've always used children's acetaminophen. I only ask because I noticed it was still being sold at the store as children's aspirin. |
