I was reading recently that using olive oil on a daily basis can help to slow down the aging process - especially in the way your skin looks. The advice was to use it in cooking, in your salads, or just swallow a tablespoon each day. You can even rub it sparingly on your skin to give it a nice glow. |

Wow, I have heard much about the great qualities of olive oil, but I didn't know about its anti-aging attributes. I guess no one want to look older. I will do some research on it. |

I read about Olive oil long time back and learnt that it leaves a wonderful glow on the skin. But, I didn't knew it was a good Anti-aging product. |

I've also heard that Olive oil is good for us. It is supposed to increase our levels of good cholesterol. It's good to put a little on a piece of bread rather than using butter or margerine. |

That's a good tip. I've heard about how great it is, too, but I never would've imagined just swallowing a tablespoon alone. It doesn't really have any taste, but it's so, well, oily, that I can't imagine it not leaving a funny film in my mouth for a while. |

Please note that you should only look at extra virgin olive oil. Yes, Olive Oil is a great skin conditioner that actually absorbs into the skin. It is a natural humectant for the skin, hair, and body. |

When would be the best time of day to use olive oil on the skin? Early mornings before heading out or at night before retiring? |
