It works for all kinds of allergies throughout the day. I am allergic to cats, dust, mold, pollen, etc. and it works quite effectively on all of these issues. Plus, it does not make you groggy or out of it. |

I think this would probably work very well if you have moderate allergies but it doesn't cover all the symptoms for me. |
