This works quicker than anything else I have used before. |

The first time I had used this I became nauseas but it went away within an hour |

I would like to note that this is not something you take every day forever more to get to sleep. You still need to take measures in getting a good sleep routine down. On an average the first 6 months after I had my wreck I only took it about 2/week and with consent of my physical therapist. |
