I had worked 15 hours at a trade show this week in heels and hobbled into the house at 1 am ready to collapse. I hoped that the pain would subside before the next morning when I was due to go to my next twelve hour shift - It didn't! I took a Tylenol 3 after going to the Doctor and getting a prescription before work, I took it and it seemed to make the pain subside to a dull aching. Although I had eaten at the same time that I had taken it - my stomach was upset. It made me quite drowsy, and I had to consume a few red bulls just to stay awake. The pain came back less than three hours after taking one pill. It didn't seen to be effective for pain (it was the first time I had taken the medication) It was indicated that continued use of the medication could cause constipation.

It was ok but wasn't quite strong enough and made me very drowsy.

Wisdom teeth pulled

I was prescribed Tylenol 3 a few weeks after I got my wisdom teeth it. It wasn't strong enough for the pain at all and I barely felt anything from it other than a sore stomach. I wouldn't recommend Tylenol 3 because it's simply not strong enough. If you are prescribed Tylenol 3 than in my opinion you are better off with a Vicodin 5 or something that'll actually work. Tylenol 3 is only a little bit stronger than its over-the-counter alternatives.
