Positive Aspects of Topamax:  Reduced/prevented seizures

Negative Aspects of Topamax:  fatigue, mental confusion and mood swings

Reason for taking Topamax:  epilepsy related seizures

Additional Comments:  This has been taken for 2 years and not one epileptic seizure has occured in that time. Unfortunately there has been a very disturbing increase in confusion, fatigue and moodiness in that time.
