Positive Aspects of Nytol:

Fast Acting

Negative Aspects of Nytol:

Not as Strong as Prescription Sleep Aids

Reason for taking Nytol:

Insomnia

Additional Comments:

Nytol contains a sedating antihistimine which most often does the trick and puts you to sleep if you are having bouts of insomnia. While using Nytol I had no adverse side effects but it is important to remember that to obtain the optimal results I had to time to relax before bed. As well, I made sure that I had an adequate amount of time to sleep before I had to wake. In the past I Had taken some sleeping medications that caused me to have a very unsatisfying sleep, almost as if my mind was still racing. On the occasions that I had taken Nytol it had worked effectively - often with just one pill. Nytol comes in a variety of options such as; softgel or different quantity packs. I would reccomend it to anyone with temporary insomnia. However, if the problem has been ongoing - consult your doctor.
