its truly long acting basal insulin. |

Like with all basal insulin, a few units of R insulin will be needed until the basal can kick in. Also you mayneed to boost R insulin prior to meals tomake sure teh basal rate is used properly. It works well with any R, and works effectively by itself. Can be drawn in easily with R into one syringe. |
