Positive Aspects of Excedrin sinus headache: works quickly, works well

Additional Comments: I picked up this drug during a sale on Excedrin as I get sinus problems every spring/summer. It works pretty fast, and pretty well, although it didn't alleviate all the problems from the sinus problem.
