I have heard about addiction to this drug, so I am very careful-I started with three .5 mg a day, now I am down to one .5 a day. It relaxes me so that I can fall asleep. It does not knock you out like a sleeping pill. I take it one before bed, and I take 20mg of zoloft in the morning for anxiety. |
