This is a form of Orilistat. designs to prevent lipids(fats) from being absorbed. This also prevents good fats, needed fats from being absorbed. This can lead to a variety fo secondary problems, such as Vitamin K deficiency, fibromyalgia or joint pain, dry skin, irritability, lactic acidosis,. Mostly Gastrointestinal problems. It can also lead to chronic colitis, dehydration(due to diarreahetc. With this medication you will need to carry with you a change of underwear, simethicone pills, wet wipes.

I took this drug back when it first came out as a prescription. I could basically eat no fat in my diet whatsoever. Everytime I ate I would be in the bathroom 5 minutes later. It interferred with my job and my social life and was not worth the trouble. I stayed on the medication for one week.

Additional Comments:

This drug does work. However, it works mainly because it simply will not let you eat much fat. It will punish you (gas, oily stools, painful bowel movements, stomach pain)for eating fat in a pretty severe way. I decided that it was just as easy to do a lower fat diet myself rather than go through all these side effects.
