Positive Aspects of Advil cold :

Convient

Negative Aspects of Advil cold :

Did not work for me.

Reason for taking Advil cold :

Had a head cold

Additional Comments:

Ibuprofen and I don't work well together. Even with taking extra ibuprofen as others have suggested, it did not relief the sinus pressure.

Positive Aspects of Advil cold :

Really helped my sinus problems and headache when I had a nasty cold

Negative Aspects of Advil cold :

Dried my sinuses out almost too much

Reason for taking Advil cold :

Very bad head cold

Additional Comments:

When I was suffering from a really nasty cold recently, I used Advil Cold and Sinus. It worked in a timely manner, and it really has been better than any other OTC remedy I've tried. However, it's not as easy to obtain as it once was, as you have to ask at the pharmacy counter and provide ID and sign a paper. (This is true in my state but may not be elsewhere). It's worth the trouble though, I feel it works quickly and effectively! Only possible drawback is that on the last few days of taking it, my sinuses were dried out almost too much, and my throat got quite dry. I kept a glass of water bedside and that was easily solved though.
