Worked wonders for psychotic symptoms, no auditory hallucinations, mood elevated, felt great! |

Abilify is a wonderful antipsychotic except for the weight gain issue. If a person has no trouble with that aspect of it, this would be the drug of choice for treatment of psychosis and to elevate one's mood a bit. My pdoc wsa fearful I would become diabetic or have some other life threatening disease as result of the weight gain and d/c my Abilify after 30 days. |

While all previous reviews have listed weight gain as negative, in my case it is a positive. I am 5'5" and weigh 93#. I have anorexia. Abilify has helped to treat the depression that lead to my anorexia and is aiding me in putting on some much needed weight. |
